Danielle’s academic journey exemplifies her commitment to multifaceted research. She received her master’s degree in Operations Research and a doctorate in Education Policy Analysis where her work was dedicated to the application of advanced statistical methods to analyze national trends in educational equity and racial and gender equality in STEM education and careers. Her doctoral work leveraged an interdisciplinary approach using network analysis similar to supply chain network design to investigate the key attributes within a social network of women in the technology sector. Her work identified the key factors that significantly impacted women’s career advancement in tech.
